A soldier and one terrorist was killed during an exchange of fire between Security Forces (SFs) and terrorists in Miranshah area of North Waziristan District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on June 18, reports Dawn. Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said the dead soldier was identified as 32-year-old Naik Zahid Ahmed, a resident of Charsada District. The terrorist was identified as Ziaullah. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the possession of the slain terrorist.
