Jharkhand Police arrested Gajra Kandir alias Kundiya Kandir, an ‘area commander’ of People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI), a splinter group of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist), from the Kadepidi Forest area near Tirla-Kota Mod located under Murhu Police Station limits in Khunti District of Jharkhand on June 16, reports prabhatkhabar.com. On the instructions of Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), Operation, Ramesh Kumar, District Police conducted raids and arrested Gajra. Police recovered two 8 mm bullets, PLFI leaflet and donation receipts from Gajra. Around 15 cases have been registered against him in Khunti, Murhu, Bandgaon and Adki Police Stations, said Torpa, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Om Prakash Tiwari.
