Separately, SFs on June 16 averted a major tragedy with timely detection of an improvised explosive device (IED) planted by militants in Armullah village in Litter area of Pulwama District, reports Kashmir Observer. Two associates of militants were arrested in connection with the recovery of the IED, an unnamed senior Police official said.
