On 21 May 2022, in Myaung township (Sagaing district, Sagaing region), the combined forces of the CDSOM, Myaung Union Army, Black Eagle Defense Force-MMU, Desert Eagle, the YFPDF and the Myinmu Civil Revolution Force threw an Inaga bomb at a tent near the township administrator's house inside the police station compound. Three policemen were killed and two others were injured. On the same day, the same combined forces hurled another Inaga bomb at the Myaung Township Fire Department, killing one firefighter and injuring two others. A fire truck was damaged. Both attacks were done in the name of 'Inaga operation'. Fatalities coded as 4.
