The Deputy Commander of Taliban’s Badri Forces Unit identified as Mullah Abdul Ghafar has been killed by the Resistance Front during clashes in Panjshir Province on May 13, reports Hasht-e-Subh Daily. According to sources, Abdul Ghafar was leading the fight against the Resistance Front in Panjshir province. After the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, Ghafar was first appointed as Police Chief in Kandahar and later on as the Deputy Commander of the Badri Forces Unit in the province.
