On 5 May 2022, in Kya Oe village (Pauk township, Pakokku district, Magway region), the military soldiers and the Pyu Saw Htee raided the village, attacked the civilians with heavy weapons, and looted the rice and valuable items from 30 houses before setting them on fire at around 3 pm. Villagers fled from the village due to the attack. Casualties unknown.
