On 2 May 2022, between Wea Laung and Na Gar Bo villages (Taungtha township, Myingyna district, Mandalay region), the combined forces of the 27 Revolution Forces, Myaylatt PDF and the South Yesagyo People's Defense Force SYSOPDF attacked a military convoy with landmines. Seven military soliders were killed.
