On 22 April 2022, in Kyoet Pin Su village (Kyangin township, Hinthada district, Ayeyarwady region), the AYA Daung Taman PDF bombed and destroyed a telecom tower operated by the Myanmar military owned campany Mytel at around 1 am. System boxes at the bottom of the telephone tower and the wires were damaged. There were no casualties. The military forces then arrested eight people relating to the bombing.
