The death toll from two blasts that occurred in Police District 3 (PD3) and in the Police District (PD) 9 of Mazar-e-Sharif city in Balkh Provincehas risen to 11, reports Tolo News on April 29. Spokesman for the Balkh Police Command,Mohammad Asif Waziri, said both blasts were caused by explosives placed in minibuses.
