On April 23, Taliban fighters killed four residents of Mamli village under the Khogyani District of Nangarhar province, reports Hasht-e Subh. According to sources, Taliban carried out the killings following an attack on a military vehicle carrying Taliban personnel by a roadside bomb in Mamli village, killing at least four Taliban fighters. The Taliban fighters blamed the four residents for the attack.
