Details: According to the investigation, on 16 May, Russian troops fired on one of the districts of the city of Mykolaiv using cluster munitions prohibited by international standards. As a result of the shelling, one man received shrapnel wounds. There was also damage to residential buildings, vehicles and urban infrastructure.
