Another dud from the Second World War was found during construction work on Bischof-Meiser-Strasse in Ansbach. The defusing of the bomb is planned for Thursday, November 4, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. The affected buildings must be evacuated by 8:00 a.m. In the manner established by Sprengmeister 500m evacuation radius are the departments of the Government of Middle Franconia in Ansbach Castle (Promenade 27), in the Bishop-Meiser Street 2/4 and in the Schloßstraße 15. These services are due to the mitigation measures on Thursday, November 4, 2021, not accessible all day. The service operation is largely ensured by telephone and electronic availability. We ask all citizens for their understanding in the event of disruptions that cannot be avoided.
