Five persons were injured on November 19 in a clash broke out between the two factions of the Nepali Congress (NC) during the counting of votes under the 14th General Convention in Rupandehi District, reports Khabar Hub. A clash took place between NC cadres at the polling station of Siddharthnagar Municipality. A group of youths suddenly attacked Puran Shrestha, close to senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel faction after he took the lead in the counting.
