One National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Reformation (NSCN-R) militant was arrested from Jongsum village in Kantang circle of Changlang District in Arunachal Pradesh on January 4, reports Northeast Today. The arrestee identified as Lieutenant Salhap Jugli alias Salnang was actively involved in forceful extortion in the district.
