On 3 January 2022, JWS who operates under OPS shelled regime forces and QSD positions in the vicinity of Al-Khaldiyah town in Ar Raqqa countryside with artillery. Shelling of the vicinities of Al-Khaldiyah, Debsi Afnan, Fatsa, and Ein Issa resulted in the killing and wounding of an unknown number of regime and QSD fighters. Unknown fatalities coded to 10, and split between locations as follows; Al-Khaldiyah 3, Debsi Afnan 3, Fatsa 2, and Ein Issa 2.
