On 4 January 2022, in Ga He village (Indaw township, Katha district, Sagaing region), two military fighter jet carried out airstrikes in the village. DVB reported that a woman was killed while another civilian was injured from machine gunfire from the fighter jet while RFA reported five civilians killed. Two houses caught fire while three houses were destroyed. Villagers were forced to flee to the mountains and have not been able to return to the village. Fatalities coded as 1.
