On 24 December 2021, near Bei Lin village, Sintgaing township (Kyaukse district, Mandalay region) a bomb explosion occurred on the railway tracks near Bei Lin village at around 9 am. A cargo train derailed from the tracks due to the blast. There were no casualties.
