On 15 December 2021, in Chaung-U township (Monywa district, Sagaing region), coalition forces of People's Defense Force - Myaung, People's Defense Force - Chuang-U, and 27 Revolution Forces carried out 10 mines' attacks against Myanmar military on Chuang - Yesagyo road at around 11 pm. The attack killed seven Myanmar soldiers and injured six others.
