A joint team of Special Operations Group (SOG) and District Voluntary Force (DVF) personnel unearthed a Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) dump and recovered hand grenade, generator set and other explosive materials used for making Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and other explosive devices at Maribeda village under Jodamba Police limits in Malkangiri District of Odisha on December 25, reports Odisha TV. The combing operations in ‘Swabhiman Anchal’ (formerly known as Cut-off area) have been intensified following the recovery of these items from underground, Malkangiri Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Abhilash G said.
