A blast took place on fifth Taimani Street in Police District (PD) 4 of Kabul city of Kabul Province on December 4, reports the Twitter handle of Etilaatroz. Later Taliban's security chief in Panjshir Abdul Hamid Khorasani confirmed to Aamaj News that the target of the explosion in PD4 of Kabul was Mawlawi Qudratullah, the governor of Panjshir, and that he is safe. Islamic State-Khorasan Province (IS-KP) later claimed responsibility for the incident.
