On 28 November 2021, unknown militants detonated a roadside explosive device targeting an Iraqi army logistical convoy in an unspecified location in Qadissiya province. The convoy was operated by Iraqi security contractors. Coded as provincial capital Diwaniyah city. Only material damages occurred.
