On 20 November 2021, in Salingyi township (Yinmarbin district, Sagaing region), unidentified local defense forces launched mine attack against the military forces near the work sites of the copper mines Myanmar-Wanbao and Myanmar-Yangtze and local hospital. 1 Myanmar military force died and 3 others injured.
