On 21 November 2021, in Kyu Tan village of Kangyidaunt township (Pathein district, Ayeyarwady region), a house grocery shop was bombed and destroyed. There were no casualties. The Ayer Maung guerrilla force claimed responsibility and said the owner was providing false information to the police and military and causing arrests of innocent civilians.
