A top ‘commander’ of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) Yasir Parray and an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) expert Furqan were shot dead during an encounter at the Qasbayar area of Pulwama District in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on December 1 (today), reports Daily Excelsior. “Top JeM terrorist commander Yasir Parray, an IED expert and foreign terrorist Furqan were neutralized in the encounter,” said Inspector General of Police (IGP) Vijay Kumar. He said that both terrorists were involved in several terror crime cases.
