On November 29, the dead body of a young man named Naveed, originally a resident of Nawa District in Helmand Province, was found in the Helmand River, reports the Facebook page of Nangarhar Spinghar News. He was abducted by Taliban men based on Police District 1 Lashkargah allegedly for a Facebook post expressing dissenting opinion and was subsequently beaten adds the Twitter handle of Bilal Sarwary.
