On February 2, three more persons were arrested in connection with 30 January IED blast at Police Bazaar in Shillong of East Khasi Hills in Meghalaya, reports The Shillong Times. Some explosive items were also recovered. According to Chief Minister (CM) Conrad K Sangma, ‘the police arrested all those supporters and sympathisers of the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) who were directly involved in the incident’.
