District Police found a small explosives dump kept by cadres of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) while conducting a combing operation in the reserve forest of Dodla village near Eturunagaram in Mulugu District of Telangana on February 1, reports The Times of India. Police said that they had received information that the explosives were hidden in the area by some Maoist party leaders including Bade Chokkarao alias Damodar. The Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) recovered 10 gelatin sticks, 10 detonators, three Claymore mines, 33 Self Loading Rifle (SLR) live rounds, two used rounds of SLR and AK-47, a 100-metre electric wire and two kilo nails concealed in a bucket.
