On 29 January 2022, in the rural area of Miramar municipality (Caqueta), a police convoy transporting the governor of the department of Caqueta activated a landmine field planted by suspected FARC dissidents of the 62nd front. The explosion killed two officers and injured five others, among them 3 officers. 2 fatalities.
