On 1 February 2022, near Kyaung Taung village, Mrauk-U township (Mrauk-U district, Rakhine State), three civilians, including 17 and 18-years-old young men as well as another man were injured by the explosion of an explosive remnant of war (ERW) located at the site of heavy fighting between the military and AA in recent years.
