On 28 January 2022, in Santiago de Cali (Valle del Cauca), two police officers and a civilian were injured after an unidentified man threw a grenade at the group in the Comfadi area. Police arrested the perpetrators. The region is known for the presence of armed groups. There were no fatalities.
