On 27 January 2022, in Pin Wei village of Indaw township (Katha district, Sagaing region), the combined force of KIA brigade-8 battalion-35 and the Indaw PDF attacked a convoy of 57 military support trucks with remote-controlled explosives. Two trucks were destroyed. Casualties unknown.
