On 23 January 2022, in Yae Oe village, Namtu township (Kyaukme district, Shan State), a bomb explosion occurred at around 12 pm and killed a 13-year-old boy. The explosion occurred as the boy played with an explosive ramnant of battle between RCSS and joint force of TNLA and SSPP.
