On February 12, a trooper of the Commando of the Central reserve Police Force (CRPF)'s jungle warfare unit Commando Battalion for Resolute Action (CoBRA), Toman Kumar (27), was injured an an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast triggered by the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) cadres at Bulbul Forest at Pesrar in Lohardaga District of Jharkhand, reports The Telegraph. On February 11, two CoBRA troopers had suffered blast injuries in a similar manner.
