On 12 February 2022, in Falam township (Falam district, Chin State), the Chin National Defense Force (CNDF) carried out 20 mine attacks against the Myanmar military forces transporting supplies to Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) 268. The attack killed three military forces and injured many others.
