On 16 February 2022, in the rural area of Valdivia municipality (Antioquia), unidentified individuals set off an explosive located in a rural road of the El Nevado vereda when a military patrol drove near the device. The area is known for the presence of FARC dissident factions, ELN, and Gulf Clan. There were no fatalities.
