On February 18, the Taliban opened fire killing a doctor at a checkpoint on the Kabul University Road under Police District 3 (PD3) in Kabul city of Kabul Province, reports Aamaj News. The family members claimed the doctor was shot because he may not have stopped his car mistaking Taliban fighters for thieves.
