On February 21, an improvised explosive device (IED) was recovered just five-six metres away from Wangoo Tera area of Kakching District of Manipur, reports The Sangai Express. The bomb was later defused safely. Earlier, South Asia Terrorism Portal (SATP) reported that two Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel were injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in the same place on February 20.
