Twin blasts were on March 26 reported in the Kotranka area in Rajouri District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), reports Daily Excelsior. The second blast was heard minutes after the first one. However, no damage was reported as the Security Forces (SFs) had cleared the area soon after the first blast. The entire area has been cordoned by the SFs, and Police said they are ascertaining the type of blasts.
