On March 23, a militant belonging to Yung Aung faction of National Socialist Council of Nagaland – Khaplang (NSCN-KYA) was arrested from the vicinity of Niaunu village in Longding town at Longding District of Arunachal Pradesh, reports The Arunachal Times. The militant had allegedly come to threaten and extort money from the market president and businessmen of Longding town.
