On March 20, two militants belonging to National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak Muivah (NSCN-IM) were killed and another one was injured in an encounter at Old Kolagaon area near Khonsa in Tirap District of Arunachal Pradesh, reports Northeast Today. Following the gunfight, one militant was arrested and arms and ammunition including one AK 56 rifle with a magazine, one 5.56 mm M4 A 1 Carbine produced in the United States, one 32mm Pistol, a large stockpile of ammo, and other warlike supplies were recovered from the site.
