On 19 March 2022, in Hlaingtharya township (Yangon-North district, Yangon region), an explosion occurred and Pyu Saw Htee members who were about to patrol the area were injured from the explosion in Ward No.6 at 10.35 pm. The Yangon Underground Force and Black Eagle Ranger force claimed responsibility. The military searched hostels nearby and arrested 8 men in relation to the explosion.
