On 20 March 2022, in Pakokku township (Pakokku district, Magway region), the combined force of Southern Yesagyo PDF and PKU N PDF conducted attacked a military convoy with eight mines near Pakokku airport at around 12 pm. The group reported 5 military soldiers died on the spot and two others were severely injured.
