On 22 March 2022, in Monywa town (Monywa township, Monywa district, Sagaing region), Yakhka Nyi Naung accidentally bombed an ambulance car of the Myanmar Social Welfare Association (Monywa) near Car Gyi Kwin while waiting for the military convoy to be bombed. The Yakhka Nyi Naung apologized for the act on 23 March. There were no casualties.
