On 10 July, an IS statement said that IS militants targeted a military vehicle with an IED in al-Sabeel area near the town of Arish, leaving it destroyed. On the same day, according to the group, IS militants also targeted a Hummer vehicle with an IED at Abu al-Walid checkpoint south of Arish town""
